This house is a mix of modern and country, and those styles seem to fit well together, so I decided to share this lot with you. I have the following expansion packs: University, Nightlife, Open Business, Seasons, Bon Voyage and Free-Time. I’m pretty sure, that you don’t need Free-Time, Bon Voyage and Seasons. You can also unpack this lot with Sims2Pack Clean Installer, and I almost suggest using it, if you don’t have all of those EP’s.
Someone has seen this lot (in Radola), but this lot had a different look. I have updated its look and I also have furnished, but unfortunatelly house isn’t available furnished – only unfurnished.
This house has 4 bedrooms (one of them is master), 3 baths (one of them is master), garage, kitchen, dining, living/studyingspace + 1 closet connected to master bathroom. This house is designed for a family, where belongs mum, who is 45-years-old, dad, who is 51-years-old, teenage son (16), daughter (Medeia, 19) and Medeia’s 3-years-old-daughter. Mom and dad are very countrystylish people, but Medeia and her brother like more modern style, so the family had to do a compromice, and the result has pleased everybody. Oh, and family isn’t included with this lot, but you can download Medeia from here.
